Cancellation Terms

Cancellation is possible at any time and without giving reasons up to 1 month before the planned arrival day. Please send an email to stating your request number and arrival date. If the cancellation occurs less than 1 month before arrival, a refund is usually not possible.

Refund

After receiving your cancellation email, we will arrange the full refund of all payments already made via your chosen payment method within 24 hours. The payment is processed through our payment service provider Stripe. Depending on your bank and payment method, the credit may take up to 10 business days.
