Terms and Conditions – Villa Adria

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the request and use of the accommodation "Villa Adria" and the associated services between the guest and the provider.

3. Request, Contract Formation & Confirmation

By submitting a request (or booking), the guest makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon receipt of the request confirmation (via email). Visible price overviews and subtotals in the request process are for information purposes; the confirmation is binding.

4. Minimum Stay, Arrival & Departure

Minimum stay: 5 nights.
Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out until 10:00 AM.
For late arrival (after 10:00 PM), please inform us in advance during the request process.

5. Prices, Taxes & Fees

All prices are transparently displayed in the request process (including applicable taxes/fees). No additional hidden costs are charged.

6. Payment & Payment Methods

Payment according to the selection in the request process, including credit/debit card (via payment service provider, e.g., Stripe), PayPal, or bank transfer. Card data is not stored on our systems.

7. Deposit

No deposit is required.

8. Cancellations, Rebookings & No-Show

Cancellation is possible at any time and without giving reasons up to 1 month before the planned arrival day. Please send an email to booking@adria-villa.com stating your request number and arrival date.
If the cancellation occurs less than 1 month before arrival, a refund is usually not possible.
After receiving your cancellation email, we will arrange the full refund of all payments already made via your chosen payment method within 24 hours. Depending on your bank/payment method, the credit may take up to 10 business days.
For short-term changes or rebookings, please contact us directly via email. Rebookings/extensions are subject to availability; the minimum stay remains in effect.

Legal notice: For accommodation contracts with a fixed date, there is generally no right of withdrawal in the EU (exception to distance selling withdrawal); the cancellation conditions stated here apply.

9. House Rules & Usage

Smoke-free throughout the interior; smoking only in outdoor areas.
No parties/events; quiet hours 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.
Pets are not allowed.
Maximum occupancy: generally 6 persons, possibly +2 additional sleeping places (e.g., sofa bed) – details according to request page.

10. Guest Obligations & Damages

The accommodation, furnishings, and outdoor facilities (including pool) must be treated with care. The guest is liable for damage caused by themselves, their fellow travelers, or visitors in accordance with legal provisions. Damage must be reported immediately.

11. Provider Liability

The provider is liable for intent and gross negligence. In the case of simple negligence, only for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.

12. Data Protection

Information on the processing of personal data (including payment processing, log files, embedded services) can be found in the Privacy Policy.

13. Final Provisions

The law of the Republic of Croatia applies, including mandatory consumer protection provisions of the guest's country of residence. If individual provisions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
