Booking & Payment Questions

What is the minimum stay?

The minimum stay is 5 nights.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We do not offer an immediate online payment system on the website. Guests first send a booking request; we check availability and get back to you. After confirmation we will provide payment instructions. Payments are then made outside the website, e.g. via PayPal (recommended for additional buyer protection), by bank transfer, or by another mutually agreed method. Direct credit card payments through the website are not offered at this time. If you would like to make a deposit, we will arrange the details individually.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, cancellation is possible at any time and without giving reasons up to 1 month before the planned arrival day. Please send an email to and provide your booking number and arrival date. If the cancellation occurs less than 1 month before arrival, a refund is usually not possible.

How is the refund processed?

After receiving your cancellation email, we will arrange the full refund of all payments already made via your chosen payment method within 24 hours. Depending on your bank and payment method, the credit may take up to 10 business days.

Can I change or extend my booking?

Changes/extensions are possible depending on availability. The minimum stay of 5 nights remains in effect. Contact us as early as possible and we will check the options in our system.

Is there a deposit or additional costs?

No, no deposit is required. Bed linen, towels and pool/beach towels are included. All prices/fees are displayed transparently during the booking process.

Do I need to show my ID?

Yes, ID registration takes place on-site at check-in in accordance with legal requirements.

Arrival & Stay

When are check-in and check-out?

Check-in: from 4:00 PM.
Check-out: until 10:00 AM.

Is an early check-in or late check-out possible?

Only if the cleaning team has completed the villa early or if there is no direct arrival on your departure day. Our team typically needs until 4:00 PM. Please inquire briefly on your arrival/departure day – if it's possible, we will let you know.

What should I do if arriving late after 10:00 PM?

No problem. Please indicate a late arrival already during booking so we can prepare everything accordingly.

Parking

Are there parking facilities at the villa?

Yes. There is one garage as well as three additional parking spaces on the property (four parking spaces in total).

House Rules

Are pets allowed?

No. Pets are not allowed at Villa Adria.

Is smoking allowed in the house?

Smoke-free throughout the interior. Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor area/garden. Please use ashtrays and dispose of remains properly.

Are parties or events allowed?

No. Parties/events are not permitted. Please be considerate of the neighbors and observe quiet hours.

Amenities & Use

What kitchen and household equipment is available?

Automatic coffee machine, dishwasher (incl. tabs), laundry detergent, clothes rack and iron are available.

Is there entertainment electronics or games?

Bluetooth speakers as well as board games are available.

Is there a grill and charcoal?

Yes, a charcoal grill is available. Charcoal (starter pack) is provided.

Are bed linen and towels included?

Yes. Bed linen, towels as well as pool/beach towels are included.

Do I need to separate waste?

No. Separation/recycling is handled by the responsible authorities. Please dispose of waste in the provided bins.

Receipts & Documents

Will I receive a request confirmation or invoice?

Yes. After you submit a booking request we check availability and terms and then send a request confirmation including the payment information. Once payment has been completed you will receive a payment receipt or invoice by email.
